Obesity Cost Calculator Available through CDC Web Site

The CDC is offering a new “Obesity Cost Calculator” to employers for their use in estimating not only the costs of obesity in the work force, but the potential savings you could achieve by better managing obesity in your employees (and, we assume, dependents).   A good bit of data is needed to plug into the calculator, but if you don’t have all of it, you can default to some “norms” already in the program.   To use the calculator, go to http://www.cdc.gov/leanworks/costcalculator/index.html
