Predictive Modeling Summit

This is the first time we have heard about this conference, although it is advertised as the “Fifth Annual” summit.  This meeting focuses on predictive analytics in healthcare.  An excerpt from the learning objectives indicates that attendees can:

“Examine predictive modeling applied to a variety of populations and settings”

“Consider clinical, actuarial, care management, payment and business perspectives of predictive modeling as applied to specific functions”

One session is called:  “Predictive Models and Productivity-How employers use predictive model results to crate programs identifying members with chronic diseases and create partnerships to steer members into appropriate care settings”

The summit is being held November 8 and 9, 2011 at the Renaissance Washington, DC downtown hotel.  To see more details, click here.
