This regional firm was initiated in 2003 and uses nurse practitioners, physicians, and specialists in a “team approach to provide personalized patient care.”   It incorporates disease management, wellness, urgent care and workers comp/occ health.  As of September, 2015 they have 32 clinic sites in the Southwest (Arizona and surrounding states).  They respond selectively to RFPs and specialize in medium-sized clinics using existing space within the confines of the employer’s physical plant.
