Novia is primarily Midwest in scope and a more modest size than most of the other providers, but it has been around for more than 9 years.  It is implementing on-site programming in a fashion that reflects it has learned what is critical to program success as demonstrated by other providers.  It is serving at least one school district and a couple of municipalities.  It does respond to RFPs on a selective basis.
