On July 13, 2016 it was announced that TransformHealthRx was acquired by Premise Health.  Ms. Judge will remain the executive officer for TransformHealthRx and they will continue to focus on governmental and smaller sized company markets.

This firm started as a regional vendor.  It is working with smaller to moderately-sized clients.  It is co-owned by a nurse and a financial person, so it has a unique blend of talent at the executive level which might give it a ready understanding of the clinical and financial space in which on-site programs co-exist.  Their clients range from municipalities to production businesses.  They also have a background in the provision of healthcare to correctional facilities.    At July, 2016, they provide services to 17 sites in five states.

They do respond to RFI’s and RFP’s and their web site indicates that they provide services on a cost plus management fee basis.
