This is a modestly sized regional firm that is privately held and grew out of the insurance industry. It does full-scale clinics in about a dozen locations with disease management and on-site counseling. It targets small- to medium-sized firms and maintains a close working relationship with the brokerage community, as one might imagine, given the background of its ownership.
