IMWELL Health is based in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and provides primary care services on-site for a number of firms in the immediate region. It now serves clients in Arkansas and Oklahoma, combining wellness, prevention and on-site primary care through sites on the campuses of individual firms, as well as through a dedicated shared-firm site. The company originated as a primary care service that partnered with a business coalition headquartered in Fort Smith. They have a variety of business oriented services which can be priced and delivered as part of a clinic installation, or on an individual basis. They are now starting to branch out beyond their original base.
