Kokomo Schools Add On-Site Clinic

Kokomo-Center School Corporation (Indiana) has opened an on-site Employee Health and Wellness Center this fall.  The site is being  operated jointly by Howard Regional Health System (a local hospital) and Workplace Health Services. 

The School District apparently included Workplace Health Services in addition to the local hospital because “it has more of a background in doing on-site clinics.”  The hospital is looking to expand the offering to other school units.   Workplace Health Services is an Indiana-based provider, and we do not have them referenced on our site; but their web references seem to indicate that they have a broad base of services for employers.  Apparently, the Kokomo schools think so!  (Much more is coming up on vendors in future posts.)
