On-Site Vendor, Walgreens, Hosts Clients for Forum

Earlier this month, Walgreens (Take Care Health Systems) hosted a meeting for clients at which the discussion focused on what’s coming up in the arena of on-site clinics,  health and wellness.  This was a two-day conference, so obviously the employers involved were serious about learning more and networking with others.  As might be expected, one of the sessions was on “The Next Phase of Pharmacy.”  Other presentations discussed chronic disease management and technology initiatives and opportunities.   The conference demonstrates that the vendors also take their responsibility to assist clients seriously not just with day-to-day operation and management, but also by providing opportunities for networking, learning about what is happening now and what can happen in the future, etc.
