Warren Hutton to Assume COO Position at HealthStat

Healthstat announced that it has hired its existing outside legal counsel, Mr. Warren Hutton, to assume the newly created position of COO and General Counsel.  He will be responsible for “… the day-to-day management of the company” and for “. . . managing all legal affairs effecting and incident to the implementation of Healthstat’s business model.”    Healthstat indicated in the press release that it now has more than 300 clinic sites under its management covering more than 200,000 employees and their dependents.
