Disney Medical Officer Receives Recognition

Walt Disney Parks & Resorts has their own on-site clinic program, and it was announced this week that their Chief Medical Officer, Pamela Hymel, M.D. was recognized with the Global Leadership in Corporate Health Award by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and the NBGH.  In a press release, the President of ACOEM (Warner Hudson, M.D.) stated that “Pam Hymel consistently advances new ideas about health and productivity and has been successful in creating a ‘culture of health’ in the workplace.  Dr. Hymel is responsible for integrating the health and wellness program for all of the Disney entities.
