New Clinics Open
A quick article to let you know about some new on-site clinics which opened recently, the employers and vendors involved. First, Haynes International (a manufacturer of metal alloys) partnered with Novia CareClinics to open a new on-site service for their 900 employees, some retirees and dependents. It is a first for Haynes, which has its headquarters in Kokomo, Indiana (Novia is in Indianapolis). QuadMed likewise opened another clinic in Oklahoma City for their own employees there. This probably isn’t so startling in light of the long history QuadMed has in the field, starting first with their own employees in Wisconsin (what seems like a century ago) and now offering the services to other employers as well.

Our company was recently sold to Amerigas Inc. and I need the name of vendors in the Miami Florida area.
Please advise.

I think that the Southeast is covered by many vendors but I would think of CHS, HealthStat and CareHere. However, there is a lot of flux in the industry and you might also consider TakeCare since they have national reach. I know that many of the firms that are “emerging” are trying to get into Florida and they might be good alternatives and the one, nontraditional, considerationn might be Rosen Hotels. MIKE

I agree. The best resource is Rosen hotels – they are years ahead of anyone out there! Email me if you would like to setup a call with the medical directory.
