Wheaton  Franciscan is a large health system in Wisconsin which started offering on-site clinic services for employers as early as 2004.  They are one of only a handful of hospital systems which are involved in the onsite industry to any degree.  Their focus is in Wisconsin, especially  the Southeast but they will respond to RFPs elsewhere if they can cost-effectively provide the service.

As of October, 2015, they are operating seven clinics and their services (in addition to primary care) include physical  therapy, wellness and specialty care.  They will participate in near site and multi-employer sites as well.  Their fees are based on a cost plus model with full staffing and management services can be provided.
