CareHere is a privately held company that has been in the on-site business for more than ten years operating 180 health and wellness centers in 24 states, many in the Southeast, but its management will consider addressing RFPs from any region of the country. This group has its own proprietary software, and it provides support for other health service operations in regions where it does not have a direct presence. It will do per-employee, per-month (capitated) pricing or cost-plus when requested. Its analytics are at a high level of development, and it has significant background in the modeling of best practices, population management and risk modeling.
CareHere also has developed their EMR to provide access by employees’ to their individual health information on-line, offers a 24/7 Nurse Call service and their LabInsight program offers employees access to lab results in easy-to- understand laymen’s terms and graphs to support their disease management services.
