HealthStat is privately owned. It has been in business for 14+ years, has operations in multiple states and a relationship for on-site lab services with Quest. It makes extensive use of risk assessment tools and incorporates modern EMR technology at the sites where it offers a full range of medical services. It will respond to RFPs on a selective basis.
HealthStat states it now operates more than 300 sites across the U.S.
