IMWELL Health was founded in 2004 and is based in Fort Smith, Arkansas. It provides primary care services on-site for a number of firms in the immediate region. It now serves clients in Arkansas and Oklahoma, combining wellness, prevention and on-site primary care through sites on the campuses of individual firms with 800 or more employees (Health On-Site Clinic), as well as through dedicated shared-firm sites (Multi-Employer Clinics) . The company originated as a primary care service that partnered with a business coalition headquartered in Fort Smith.
They have a variety of business oriented services which can be priced and delivered as part of a clinic installation, or on an individual basis. For those sites where multiple employers have access to services, all the start-up costs are paid for by IMWell; and the on-going expenses are based on a discounted PPO fee schedule (or, per visit/service).
