UnityPoint Health at Work is an extension of UnityHealth Point that attempts to mitigate healthcare costs by bringing care closer. At Work does this by providing flexibility and resources to design on-site, near-site, and combined-site solutions. It was founded in 2015 and currently operates 33 on-site clinics in four states: Iowa, South Dakota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. However, they will work with clients in any location, notably via virtual care.

UnityPoint Health at Work offers “wholesale healthcare.” They charge clients a monthly fee for operating the on-site clinic based on the staffing required and supplies used. Clinics are staffed based on the needs of the employer. This can range from a comprehensive approach, which entails a full clinic with clinic build, primary care, case management, and staffing, or simply supply staff for an established clinic or one that requires a lighter workload.
